LECTURE AND DISCUSSION WITH DR. ELIZABETH MERKLINGER
"ISLAM: RELIGION OF THE CONQUERORS - A VISUAL EXPLORATION"
which will take place on Monday 19 October 2009 at 16.00 h in the auditorium of Center Evropa at Dalmatinova 4 in Ljubljana.
Dr. Elizabeth Merklinger, an Austrian-Canadian professor, who studied at the Universities of Cambridge and Delhi, will deliver a lecture on the Islam and Islam architecture. Dr. Merklinger was lecturing at universities of Oxford, Cambridge, Georgetown, Harvard etc.
The lecture will be given in the English language. It will be followed by a discussion with Dr. Merklinger,
moderated by Bakhatyar Aljaf and Zijad Bećirović.
