Indonesian ambassador pays a visit to IFIMES
LJUBLJANA, 15 May 2013 - Directors of the International Institute for Middle-East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) from Ljubljana Zijad Bećirović and Bakhtyar Aljaf today received the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia Rachmat Budiman together with the first secretary Khasan Ashari.
During the lengthy conversation they exchanged views on the current events in Slovenia and the region of the Balkans and the Middle East. They also discussed the sitation in Indonesia before the presidential elections.
IFIMES Director presented the Institute's activities and its new projects in the Balkans and the Middle East. At the end of the visit IFIMES Director expressed their gratitude to the Ambassador Budiman for the good mutual cooperation.
