LJUBLJANA/VIENNA, 22. July 2020 – On 22 July 2020, the Director of the International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES)[1], Assist. Prof. Dr. Zijad Bećirović and the Dean and Executive Secretary of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), Ambassador Thomas Stelzer, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The document sets a framework for cooperation of both organizations on issues of common interest. In particular, it foresees joint efforts, including projects, to foster and promote capacity - and institution - building programmes in the anti-corruption field.
