LJUBLJANA, JANUARY 17, 2013 - The International Institute for Middle-East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) from Ljubljana, Slovenia will held a ceremony on the occasion of presenting the IFIMES lifetime achievements award to Dr Şarik Tara, the founder of ENKA Construction & Industry Co. Inc., Turkey.
The ceremony will take place
on Saturday, 26 January 2013 at 18.00,
at Enka Schools, Sadi Gülçelik Spor Sitesi, Istinye 34460, Istanbul, Turkey.
The award will be presented by former President of the Republic of Croatia and the Honorary President of the IFIMES International Institute Stjepan Mesić and former Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia and Vice-President of the Advisory Board of the IFIMES International Institute Zoran Živković.
Among the participants on the ceremony there will be renowned public figures from Turkey and the region such as academics, politicians, managers and representatives of public life.
The ceremony will also include a short cultural programme by famous Turkish pianist Gökhan Aybulus.
