At the meeting it was agreed that a book should be produced in cooperation with the academics and researchers in the region which would present the actual situation in the Balkan countries with the aim of preventing the existing misunderstandings and correcting the distortions of certain facts about the region.
Members also agreed that BCN achievements should be presented more efficiently and intensively to the public.
They appointed the Contact Group composed of one member from each Balkan state. Slovenia's representative in the Contact Group is Dr. Jožef Kunič, member of the IFIMES International Institute.
