LJUBLJANA / SARAJEVO, July 6, 2017 - The European Association of Managers, Regional Directorate for the selection and promotion of managers of Southeast and Central Europe based in Sarajevo awarded prestigious awards "European Best Manager and Best Company 2017".
During the whole-day event an international conference entitled "Summit of 100 managers - the best investors in the region" was held and was attended by IFIMES Directors dr. Zijad Bećirović and Bakhatyar Aljaf. The conference was attended also by many participants from different countries, which come from the fields of business, politics, science, the academic community and public life. The emphasis was on speeding up economic cooperation and integration in the region.
This year’s 36th formal award ceremony was held in hotel Holiday in Sarajevo. The event was attended by many eminent personalities from South East and Central Europe.
Other prestigious awards in different categories were also presented (best managers in the region in the category of large, medium and small businesses, the best minister in the region, the ambassador of the region, the mayor of the region, best President, best Chamber of Commerce, and other associations in the region in the field of media and information in the region in the field of sports and arts in the region, ...).
Among others, those present were addressed by Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina dr. Denis Zvizdić, Prime Minister of Macedonia Zoran Zaev, Member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović, former President of the Republic of Croatia Stjepan Mesić, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mirko Šarović, Member of the German Bundestag Josip Juratović, General Director of the event Pane Škrbić, President of the Special Jury Vibor Mulić and Mayor of Sarajevo Abdulah Skaka.
