Giorgio Cafiero is a Foreign Affairs Analyst & Geopolitical Risk Consultant. He is an internationally respected geopolitics analyst of the Middle East and is a co-founder of the Washington-based analytical company Gulf State Analytics (GSA).
Gulf State Analytics (GSA) is a geopolitical risk advisory company that assesses risks and opportunities among GCC countries for lenders, traders, investors, policy makers and other parties. In today's environment, stakeholders require current, objective and independent assessments of the complex state of the GCC. The GSA is run by renowned economists, political scientists, former diplomats, and regional experts who provide timely insights into current events in the GCC.
His lecture will be devoted to the Qatar crisis and the response of the GCC countries and the international community to it.
The lecture will be held in English. After the lecture the discussion will follow moderated by a Asisst. Prof. Dr. Zijad Bećirović and Bakhatyar Aljaf.
