Dayton Peace Agreement – 20 years after
which will take place on Wednesday, 2 December 2015 at 14.00 h
in the “Grad” hall of Hotel Lev (13th floor) at Vošnjakova 1, Ljubljana.
The war in Bosnia and Herzegovina ended with the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement in late 1995. Twenty years later, the situation in this country has not satisfied the expectations of its citizens nor of the international community which had contributed to the conclusion of the Agreement.The situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina is excellently described by Professor Dr. Mirko Pejanović in his recently published book “Država Bosna in Hercegovina in demokracija”(The State ofBosnia and Herzegovina and Democracy), which will also serve as the starting point for discussion at this conference.
