LJUBLJANA, 19 April 2017 - Director of the International Institute for Middle-East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) Dr. Zijad Bećirović and Director of the EU-China Economics & Politics Institute in Prague Cheng Yu-Chin signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The memorandum states that the organizations will mutually cooperate in promoting and developing cooperation and exchanges in the field of education, academic events and in conducting of joint research.
Cooperation will facilitate mutual exchange and dialogue, educational program will include summer and winter school of international relations and master program "EU-China Relations (Balkan Insights)".
The ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding was attended by leadership of IFIMES Director Bakhatyar Aljaf, director of the Euro-Mediterranean dialogue Camilla Habsburg-Lothringen and head of the IFIMES Department of Strategic Studies in Asia (DeSSA), based in Vienna, prof. Dr. Anis H. Bajrektarević.
